Why does the antacid that doesn't have any calcium carbonate produce the best result in neutralizing acid? - calcium antacid
For example, Rolaids Maalox and Tums are calcium carbonate. While the Alka-Seltzer has no calcium carbonate in the ingredients list, but there is an antacid.
