I had a sinus infection for over a year and have used the saline (salt water), taken (antibiotics from a package, but the work is not (it was that I 8mths after infection)) and taking Nasonex, Claritin had rhinocort . So, what is the recommended treatment? Can you cure allergy spray, because I am an allergist and have the appropriate spray
